On September 18, 2015, Myande signed a contract with Jiangsu Xinnong Chemical Co., LTD. According to the contract, Myande will build for Xinnong Chemical Co. an evaporation & crystallization facility to treat its waste water that contains high proportion of inorganic salt generated in the process of producing pesticides and chemical intermediates. The new facility will enable Xinnong Chemical Co. to dramatically improve its environmental performance by crystallizing sodium chloride, sodium sulfate and other inorganic salt contained in the waste water and recycling the condensation water.
Jiangsu Xinnong Chemical Co., LTD. has focused on producing high-tech pesticides and pharmaceutical intermediate products for many years with wide industrial recognition. With continuous development, the treatment of waste-water generated in the production process has become an impasse in its further development.
Waste water generated from production of pesticides is complicated and is highly toxic with infamous impact on environment. Xinnong Chemical Co.’s waste water contains toxic substances such as phenol, arsenic, mercury, and other substance, which are hard to be degraded. Furthermore, the waste-water is malodorous with unstable water quality and yield. Thus, waste water has created a chronic headache to Xinnong Chemical Co.
Having learned about the problem facing Xinnong, Myande engineers conduct repeated experiment with the waste-water, tested its physical properties, and conducted comprehensive feasibility study with sufficient attention paid to critical control points in the evaporation process. Particular engineering efforts were made to make sure the condensate can reach the recycling requirements. In the end, according to the analysis of experimental results with full consideration of the actual situation of Xinnong Chemicals, Myande has offered an energy-saving and eco-friendly evaporation crystallization system technology scheme, which won full approval of Xinnong Chemicals.
