Latest Technology Applied on Ethanol Wastewater Rectification & Recovery

Recently, Myande Group signed a contract with Hubei Daya Biological Technologies Co., Ltd, by which Myande will supply Daya with a 2t/h wastewater rectification & recovery facility for recovery of methanol, ethanol and water. Based on numerous previous cooperative projects, Hubei Daya has full trust in the Myande’s comprehensive capabilities in process design, equipment manufacture, and project management. This trust forms a solid foundation for further cooperation.

Tips of MVR Technology Applied to Waste Water Evaporation and Crystallization

On June 7, 2016, Myande Group Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Youjia Plant Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Youjia") signed a contract by which Myande will supply Youjia with two MVR wastewater evaporation and crystallization facilities for treatment and resourcelization of wastewater generated in the process of producing alicylic acid, dicamba, and other pesticide intermediates. When installed, these two facilities will enable Youjia to recover industrial grade sodium chloride and potassium chloride from the wastewater through evaporation and crystallization processes. The wastewater after evaporation will be recycled as process water used in the production process. Major features of these evaporation facilities will include high level of automation, minimized energy consumption, and zero wastewater emission.

Latest Technology Applied to Salt Methanol Evaporation Industry

Recently, Myande Group signed a contract with Hubei Daya Biological Technologies Co., Ltd, by which Myande will supply a 15t/h four-effect evaporation system for recovery of methanol containing salt. 
Methanol, a basic organic raw material, is widely used for producing formaldehyde, acetic acid and other organic products and has great economic value. Myande engineering team designed the four-effect methanol recovering evaporation system based on results of repeated experiments and years of experience in designing evaporation systems.
Myande is the first company in China to use evaporation method to process salt and methanol solutions. The process design gives full consideration of overall economic benefits of evaporation-condensation and crystallization process and variable physical properties of the solution to be processed at different temperatures and concentrations. The type of evaporator and operating parameters are thus determined to reduce the effect of scaling and enhance heat transfer. Major benefits of the process design include the capability of long-time continuous operation and reduced washing frequency. 

How does MVR System for Treatment of Magnesium Sulfate Wastewater Works?

Recently, Myande Group signed a contract with Baotou Jiamengtai Environmental Protection Co., Ltd, by which Myande will supply a 1,200m³/d MVR system for treatment of magnesium sulfate wastewater. With Myande’s special MVR salt crystallization technology, the system will extract crystallized magnesium sulfate monohydrate, epsom salt, flaky magnesium chloride, etc out of chemical wastewater to yield economic benefits at the same time reduce environmental impact. 
Wastewater containing magnesium sulfate, calcium and other components is notoriously difficult to deal with. In particular, the calcium ion is prone to cause congestion inside evaporators resulting in unsatisfactory evaporation efficiency, short operating cycle, and the need for constant washing and cleaning. Myande engineering team, drawing upon rich experience accumulated through numerous similar projects and after repeated technical studies, came up with a complete process design that met with the ready consent of Baotou Jiamengtai Environmental Protection Co.
According to the signed contract, Myande will provide in addition to the equipment a full package engineering services including process design, civil construction design, automatic control, and installation.
